Breastfeeding Classes

The Central Louisiana Breastfeeding Coalition offers free breastfeeding classes in Avoyelles and Natchitoches parishes.  The classes are scheduled quarterly at both Avoyelles Hospital and Natchitoches Regional Medical Center and taught by experienced, qualified Lactation Educators.  The next scheduled classes are as follows:

Avoyelles Hospital:  Saturday, January 21, 2012 from 2:00 – 5:00 PM.  Contact Tami Moreau, at 318-305-7209 or email tmoreau@cenlabreastfeeding.org

Alexandria Classes are offered by CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Hospital and Rapides Women and Children’s Hospital.  These classes may be free to moms who are delivering at that hospital.  Contact the hospital for more information.
